running water is a luxury...

So we finally have running water in the first floor bath, kitchen, laundry room, and outside hose. The other two baths are a work in progress. That means we can start refinishing the wood floors, and move in soon after.

Here is the plumbing aftermath. Our plumber did alot of intricate plumbing repairs and rerouting... need to put up plastic, insulate, replace drywall, mud, sand & paint.
